ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Charles man is in jail on child sex charges.
According to court documents, the crimes occurred between Jan. 1, 2012, and Dec. 31, 2014.
St. Charles County police and prosecutors claim Alberto Morales had deviate sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 14, exposed himself to the child, and had inappropriate sexual contact with her.
Morales (age not provided) was charged with first-degree statutory sodomy, sexual misconduct involving a child less than 15 years of age—first offense, and first-degree child molestation.
A St. Charles County judge set Morales’ bail at $250,000, cash only.
