BALLWIN, Mo. – Police are investigating after two decomposing bodies were discovered inside a Ballwin home on Tuesday afternoon.

According to a Ballwin police spokesperson, a mail carrier contacted police between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. and requested a wellness check at a home in the 400 block of Sunnyslope Drive.

Officers gained access to the home and found the bodies. Their identities have not been released.
