U.N. court not dismissing Israel genocide case brought by South Africa

The United Nations’ International Court of Justice stopped short of ordering a cease-fire in Gaza, but ruled Israel must take measures to prevent genocide there and declined the Israelis’ request to dismiss the genocide case brought by South Africa.
