Schnucks recalls ground beef sold at south St. Louis store

ST. LOUIS – Schnucks has issued a recall for 15 pounds of fresh ground beef sold at one of its south St. Louis locations.

According to the store, the meat was purchased between 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 21, at the store located at Gravois and Hampton avenues.

The ground beef products may contain pieces of plastic.

Customers who purchased fresh ground beef during the time frame above with a sell-by date of Jan. 22, 2024, should return the products to the store for a full refund or exchange.
