Why Biden won’t be on New Hampshire primary ballot

Democrats in New Hampshire are pushing forward with a write-in campaign for President Biden in Tuesday’s primary. Mr. Biden will not appear on the ballot because he opted instead to support a primary calendar that puts South Carolina as the first contest, despite the Granite State’s constitutional stipulation that it must be the first primary in the nation.
