Biden delivers emotional eulogy for Ethel Kennedy

President Biden gave an emotional eulogy for Ethel Kennedy at her funeral Wednesday, wiping his eyes several times and pausing more than once to gather himself. The president relayed how Kennedy was there for him when his first wife and daughter died, and at the end of his remarks, he told the Kennedy family that he was now there for them.
