FERGUSON, Mo. – The Ferguson Police Department has issued an endangered person advisory for a missing 45-year-old man and is searching for a 55-year-old woman who is a possible suspect.

Police are searching for Noah Hardy, 45, who was diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic and is known to abuse drugs. The advisory was issued after an incident on the 9700 block of Venice Drive around 8 p.m. on Oct. 10, which is the last time Hardy was in contact with his family.

Officials say a possible suspect in Hardy’s whereabouts is 55-year-old Denise Parrott. Police say Parrott has since left the state of Missouri and has provided inconsistent accounts on Hardy’s whereabouts.

Hardy is described as a black man standing at 5 feet 5 inches who weighs 145 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, brown complexion, a compass tattoo on his right forearm, and a tattoo on his stomach that reads “notes.” Hardy was last seen wearing an orange hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, and orange and blue tennis shoes.

Parrott is described as a white woman standing at 5 feet 6 inches who weighs 180 pounds, has brown hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion.

Anyone who has seen the missing person, suspect, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person is advised to dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Ferguson Police Department at 314-522-3100.
