Fire damages vacant apartment in south St. Louis, no injuries

ST. LOUIS – A fire overnight damaged a vacant apartment building in south St. Louis Monday morning.

The fire occurred around midnight in the 3100 block of Minnesota Avenue. Firefighters say the fire was mostly contained to one apartment on the second floor.

No injuries were reported from the fire. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
