ST. LOUIS – Homicide detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying two potential suspects in surveillance video who police say were involved in a double murder outside of a north St. Louis City apartment building.

The double murder took place about 3:15 a.m. back on September 19. The surveillance video shows what appear to be two males walking outside of the Regency at St. Louis apartments at the intersection of North Kingshighway Boulevard and Aldine Place in the Kingsway East neighborhood of north St. Louis City.

In the video, both suspects have their hands in their pockets, and one appears to be wearing something that is covering much of his face. A short time later, the video shows the two people running from the scene. Police are highlighting a part of the video in what appears to be a handgun that one of the possible suspects is holding.

Police have identified the two people who were shot and killed as 42-year-old Marshun White from St. Ann and 34-year-old Marcus Price from St. Louis. Police found both men shot just outside of the apartments. They were both pronounced dead at the scene. It appears that Price may have lived at the apartment building.

That morning, investigators told us they found numerous shell casings around the scene area. Distraught loved ones of Marshun White say that he had no enemies when they were at the scene of the crime.

If you have any information on the crime, you are urged to call St. Louis Police or CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS. Remember, you will remain anonymous when you call CrimeStoppers, and you could qualify for a reward.
