Hurricane Milton prompts mandatory evacuations in parts of Florida as its barrels toward coast

At least nine counties in Florida are under mandatory evacuation orders as Hurricane Milton closes in on its Gulf Coast. Milton on Monday became the strongest storm in the Gulf of Mexico since 2005. Forecasters say it could be the worst storm in western Florida in more than a century.
