WENZVILLE, Mo. – For the second time this year, a Wentzville grocer has sold a scratchers ticket that netted a $50,000 prize.
The Missouri Lottery reports that two players have recently won a $50,000 prize on a “500X” Scratchers ticket purchased at the Dierbergs at 1820 Wentzville Parkway.
One player claimed the $50,000 prize from a “500X” Scratchers ticket at that Dierbergs on Sept. 16, while another player uncovered a $50,000 prize through the same game and at the same location in June, according to Missouri Lottery.
The Missouri “500X” Scratchers game offers 50 prizes of $50,000, six prizes of $1 million and three prizes of $5 million, according to LottoEdge.com. More than half of the $50,000 prizes have already been claimed.
The odds of winning a prize of $50,000 or greater is one in about every 36,500 prize tickets, according to Lotto Edge.
