ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The St. Louis County Police Department issued an endangered person advisory for a teenager with epilepsy who left home four days ago and hasn’t been seen since.

According to the advisory, the incident occurred at an apartment in the 11000 block of Sugar Pines Court on Thursday, Sept. 26.

Police and her family believe Moore may only have a limited amount of outdated medication with her. She does not have an operational cell phone, either.

Moore is a Black female, approximately 5’6” tall and weighing 190 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. Moore has a nose piercing and was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

Anyone who has seen Moore or has knowledge of her whereabouts is asked to contact the St. Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210.
