ST. LOUIS – What’s left of Francine has fallen apart. Now, St. Louis sits in between a drifting area of low pressure over the Carolinas and some upper-level energy out across the Plains.

Dry weather is expected Tuesday through Thursday with warm temperatures. Out the door, morning temperatures will be in the 60s and highs will be near 90.

The next chance of rain will be late Thursday into Friday as some showers move into the northern MO and west-central Illinois, mostly north and northwest of the St. Louis region.

Fall starts officially on Sunday, and if you are looking for cooler temps, there are signs that some will arrive with the official change of seasons early next week.
