MSHP: Body of missing man recovered from Missouri River in St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, Mo. – Authorities recovered the body of a missing man Tuesday from the Missouri River in St. Charles, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

MSHP reports that the body of Montez Patterson was recovered from the river.

Patterson went missing on Sept. 8, 2024 out of Weldon Spring, Missouri, according to a missing persons report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He was 23 years old.

MSHP tells FOX 2 that Patterson was located downstream from the Ameristar Casino near the shoreline at an undisclosed time on Tuesday.
