ST. LOUIS – A dad biked into St. Louis on Monday while on a 4,600-mile coast-to-coast bike ride to stop at 26 Ronald McDonald Houses across the country.

Jeff Bekos is on a mission to thank the Ronald McDonald House for saving his daughter’s life. He’s on his way to the Ronald McDonald house in Philadelphia, where his family stayed 10 years ago.

His daughter received life-saving care while their family stayed in the house for 254 nights.

His journey is called “One Dad’s Mission,” and it’s not just a personal challenge but a heartfelt journey.

“This October marks the 50th anniversary of the charity, so we’re forever grateful for the love and support that we received at the house, and so we wanted to do something that would have a huge impact to raise awareness, volunteerism, in-kind donations, and money for this fantastic charity,” Bekos said.
