New FDA rule aims to help women detect breast cancer sooner

A new rule from the FDA requires mammogram facilities across the U.S. to tell women whether they have dense breasts in hopes of helping people detect breast cancer sooner. According to the CDC, about half of women over 40 in the U.S. have dense breast tissue. Dr. Elizabeth Comen explains the change and how it could help save lives.
