ST. LOUIS – St. Louis Metropolitan Police Officers responded to a shooting in the 3600 block of Pennsylvania around 5 p.m. on Friday, September 6.
When officers arrived to the scene they found a 35-year-old man who had been shot. He was taken to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.
Officers learned that a man shot into the residence where the 35-year-old victim was shot. That suspect was found to be a convicted felon and was arrested without incident.
The Circuit Attorney’s Office since issued the suspect, 53-year-old Charles Carter, of multiple charges, including Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Armed Criminal Action.
