ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Louis man received quite the surprise in a birthday present on Thursday.
He received a birthday gift that included a winning Missouri Lottery “Money Rush” scratchers ticket for $100,000.
According to the Missouri Lottery, the winning ticket was purchased at Schnucks Market on 12332 Manchester Road. The winner plans to take his family on a road trip and enjoy the holidays with the money.
