ST. LOUIS – The stars are back Wednesday morning, which means our skies are clearing.
Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies Wednesday. It will be warmer with highs pushing into the mid to upper 80s. There is a slight chance of showers in far southeast Missouri and southern Illinois.
Not as cool overnight and warm again on Thursday; highs near 90. By Thursday evening, a cold front is pressing into the St. Louis region. The front is expected to bring some light rain and maybe an isolated storm to the area Thursday night and Friday morning.
Behind the front, we get a real taste of fall on Friday. Highs will be near 80.
Saturday and Sunday highs will only be in the 70s with tons of sunshine. Overnight temperatures will be down in the low 50s, likely even some spots in the 40s.
