ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – One man is dead and two others are injured after a shooting in Cahokia Heights Sunday afternoon.
The shooting took place around 5 p.m. on the 5900 block of Mitchell Avenue in the Private Mathison Apartment complex.
One man that was left in critical condition from the shooting succumbed to his injuries. The conditions of the other two injured are currently unknown.
Authorities are investigating the scene.
