ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man admitted to exposing himself to around 20 women at two downtown parking garages.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department’s probable cause statement, the incidents took place on August 26 at the Stadium West Parking Garage on South 8th Street and the Kiener Plaza West Parking Garage on Pine Street.

Four different victims told officers that a man approached them and exposed his genitalia before performing a sex act on himself in front of them.

Investigators said they were able to identify and apprehend Antoine Jones, 21, as the individual responsible.

Police said Jones confessed to the acts with the hope that the victims would have sex with him on video for the purposes of making pornography.

Jones was on probation for second-degree burglary at the time of his arrest.

The St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office charged Jones with four counts of first-degree
sexual misconduct.
