Judge blocks policy granting legal status to undocumented immigrants married to Americans

A federal judge in Texas temporarily blocked a major Biden administration immigration policy that could clear a path to citizenship for half a million undocumented immigrants. The order applies to a policy announced in June that would grant legal status to undocumented immigrants married to American citizens if they meet requirements including living in the U.S. for at least 10 years.
