MANCHESTER, Mo. – The City of Manchester announced police chief Scott Will’s resignation following an internal investigation.

The City of Manchester announced Will’s resignation in a news release on Monday. His resignation will take effect on August 31.

According to the city of Manchester, he will receive payment of his salary, health benefits, and compensation for vacation leave through August 31.
