Houthis suspected in Red Sea ship attack, Blinken leaving Middle East without cease-fire deal

A commercial ship came under attack in the Red Sea Wednesday, according to the British military. This comes as Secretary of State Antony Blinken ends his trip to the Middle East as Israel-Hamas cease-fire talks progress. CBS News’ Ramy Inocencio has more.
