Ukrainian troops have pushed into Russia’s Kursk region, taking control of territory in a bid to create a buffer zone and weaken Moscow’s ability to resupply its forces. As CBS News’ Ramy Inocencio reports, the surprise incursion has lifted spirits in Ukraine after months of challenges.
