Crucial talks are set to get underway in Qatar today about a potential cease-fire deal in the war in Gaza. They involve mediators from the U.S., Egypt, Israel and Qatar. The negotiations could also prevent a wider war in the region. Ramy Inocencio has more from Tel Aviv.
