ST. LOUIS — We will have more clouds around today, so skies will be mostly cloudy. Temperatures will be in the mid-80s, still a very nice day by August standards.
We start off tonight dry but a wave of rain rolls in from the northwest in the early Monday morning hours. Rain will likely be around for the morning commute.
This begins an active pattern that will last much of the week. We’ll have multiple rounds of rain and storms impact the region but the exact timing and intensity of each round are still very uncertain. Temperatures will rise closer to normal over the week but clouds and storms will also have an impact on daytime highs, keeping numbers in check for this time of year.
