U.S.-Russia prisoner swap to free Americans Evan Gershkovich, Paul Whelan

The Biden administration has agreed to a prisoner swap with Russia to secure the release of U.S. citizens Evan Gershkovich, Paul Whelan and Alsu Kurmasheva. The exchange would be part of a complex 24-person prisoner swap involving six countries.
