ST. LOUIS — Elliott Davis is retiring after 45 years at FOX 2. He is sharing the top ten “You Paid For It” reports. Tonight’s stories include a battle with a school district that landed Elliott Davis and his photographer in jail and a chase after former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Following the reports, the state of Missouri got rid of the school board and superintendent and dissolved the school district.
