ST. LOUIS — The uncle of George Floyd visited St. Louis, speaking at a leadership conference. Selwyn Jones spoke at the International Community Leadership Summit yesterday, which is taking place at the Church Beyond the Four Walls on Rosa Avenue.

Jones’ nephew was George Floyd, the 46-year-old who was killed while being detained by Minnesota police in May 2020. Jones says he has been working to create change.

The community leadership summit wraps up today with a full slate of events scheduled from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
