California’s Park Fire surges in size, forces thousands to evacuate

California’s Park Fire, which started on Wednesday, has now engulfed structures and vehicles. Investigators believe the fire was started by Ronnie Stout II, 42, who witnesses say pushed a flaming car down a 60-foot embankment.
