ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A Berkeley man accused of stabbing his mother and niece to death last month is facing a new charge involving child pornography.

According to the Berkeley Police Department’s probable cause statement, investigators were searching Lawrente O’Cain’s Facebook page on June 15 following his arrest for the murders of Mioshi McCloud, 53, and My’Elle Harris, 11.

Investigators found at least one image of child porn depicting a minor involved in a sexual act with an adult female.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged O’Cain with possession of child pornography. O’Cain remains jailed without bond in the murder case.

O’Cain is due in court on July 29 for the child porn case. He’ll be arraigned in the murder case on July 31.
