Harris may have endorsement from majority of Democratic delegates

Vice President Kamala Harris has received the endorsement of a majority of Democratic delegates, CBS News estimates. If the total holds, Harris would become the presidential nominee for Democrats after a roll call vote is held. CBS News campaign reporter Aaron Navarro reports.
