Sen. Joe Manchin calls on President Biden to drop out of 2024 race

Sen. Joe Manchin of West Virginia, a longtime Democrat recently turned independent, tells “Face the Nation” that President Biden should step aside in the 2024 race. “I’m just very hopeful that this torch is passed to a new generation to allow President Biden be the president I know he is and can be,” Manchin said.
