In an address from the Oval Office, President Biden urged Americans to restore civility and recommit to resolving differences peacefully after the shooting at former President Donald Trump’s rally. Biden rushed back to Washington just hours after the Trump rally on Saturday, and canceled an event scheduled for Sunday in Texas.
