ST. LOUIS – A new survey released by USA Today ranked the best dog bar’s in the U.S. utilizing the votes of an “expert panel” and their readers. The bars featured on the list were highlighted for the best off-leash play areas for furry friends and even specialty-made bar menus for dogs.
Known for it’s modern take on a dog park, bar and restaurant concept, Bar K topped the list as number one best “dog bar” in the U.S.
Bar K has three locations in Missouri and Oklahoma. Their St. Louis location resides in the Forest Park Southeast neighborhood downtown and features two acres for furry friends to play on.
Bar K was noted on the list for its spacious dog park and full-service restaurant and bar, including a menu specially made for dogs.
The unique dog park features two outdoor bars and one indoor bar for humans, live music, a 10,000-square-foot, fully-staffed indoor park, and several installments throughout their space for pups to play in.
In order to access Bar K, payment is required, either through a guest day pass for $10 or monthly and annual membership are available.
