ST. LOUIS, Mo.– We made it to 95 on Thursday. We won’t get quite that hot on Friday or Saturday as a cold front continues to slip south of St. Louis on Friday morning. The overnight rain is coming to an end.
Behind the front, our winds are swinging back to the north for a bit, which will help dial back a touch for Friday and Saturday. After a muggy start thanks to the overnight storms, humidity should drop as well.
Decreasing clouds Friday morning and sunny this afternoon; highs around 90. Saturday will be mostly clear to party cloudy, with highs in the low 90s.
Sunday, Father’s Day, and Monday continue to look very hot and a bit muggier, with afternoon top temperatures pushing into the upper 90s and heat index values at or above 100.
Tuesday will still bring highs in the mid-90s. Some rain and storm chances on Wednesday might help bring temperatures back down a bit.
