BOONVILLE, Mo. — A fireworks warehouse in Boonville, Missouri, caught fire, and videos showing a mushroom-like cloud have circulated on social media.
Boonville Police and Fire Department reported that the fire at the Spirit of 76 Fireworks warehouse began Monday afternoon. The warehouse contained an unknown quantity of fireworks that ignited.
The Spirit of 76 Fireworks wholesaler confirmed on Facebook that everyone evacuated safely. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
