ST. LOUIS – SSM Health wants you to take an important survey designed to help improve the overall health of the St. Louis community.

Anyone who lives in the Gateway City area can offer their input on several key issues, including the environment, housing, food insecurities, gun violence, and transportation. The information will be used to select priority issues for the community.

Not-for-profit healthcare systems must conduct the Community Health Needs Assessment every three years as part of the Affordable Care Act. SSM Health is partnering with Shriners Children’s Hospital, Mercy, St. Luke’s, BJC, and local public Health organizations to conduct the study.

The survey is available until the end of May. Click here to complete the survey, which only takes five to ten minutes to complete.
