ST. LOUIS–The historic St. Louis company, Purina, is stepping up today to help people and pets in need.
Nearly 2,000 St. Louis based Purina employees are taking part in the annual Purina Cares Day.
The food distribution will take place today from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Ballpark Village.
