ST. CHARLES, Mo. – An active police scene is underway after a triple shooting near the Embassy Suites at the St. Charles Convention Center Wednesday evening.
Police were called to the area just before 8:15 p.m.
Three people were shot and transported to area hospitals. Two sustained life-threatening injuries, and one has non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
There is still a heavy police presence at the scene.
