ST. LOUIS – A restaurant inspired by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has officially opened at St. Louis’ Four Seasons Hotel.

“Ramsay’s Kitchen By Gordon Ramsay” is now welcoming customers as part of a soft opening, taking a limited number of reservations for the next several weeks.

The grand opening celebration for the restaurant is expected in June, during which the restaurant plans to fully open to the public.

“St. Louis is an incredible foodie destination, with its own vibrant Midwest flavors and influences,” said Gordon Ramsay on the new restaurant via a news release. “I’m delighted to open Ramsay’s Kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, a stunning restaurant with amazing views of the Gateway Arch and famed Mississippi River. It really is the perfect location for family celebrations, date nights and breaking bread with friends.”

The restaurant has the capacity to welcome more than 250 guests at a time. The restaurant’s layout includes a bar and lounge, a main dining room with a seasonal patio, two private dining rooms and an outdoor bar.

A hotel spokesperson tells FOX 2 the restaurant is “inspired by Chef Ramsay’s travels” and “will take guests on a global culinary journey.”

Ramsay, the mastermind of Hell’s Kitchen and other TV food shows, partnered with the Four Seasons Hotel to open the restaurant. He has similar restaurants based in Boston, Chicago, Las Vegas and Oklahoma City.

“Ramsay’s Kitchens” restaurants serve Beef Wellington, Risotto and a variety of cocktails, among other specialty dishes.

The Four Seasons St. Louis Hotel is located downtown at 999 North Second Street.
