Highly controversial Disneyland expansion plan clears big hurdle

The highly controversial DisneylandForward proposal to expand the world-famous park and bring with it nearly $2 billion in new rides, attractions, restaurants and shops was given a key green light by the Anaheim City Council after an hours-long, heated meeting.
