FERGUSON — Two people are dead after a shooting at a Ferguson gas station. A police officer shot the suspect, killing them. The incident took place around 1:30 a.m. at the QuikTrip on West Florissant Avenue.
According to Ferguson police, both a victim and the suspect involved in the incident are dead. An officer, who was exiting the QuikTrip at the time, reported hearing gunshots and then shot the suspect.
The St. Louis County Police’s Crimes Against Persons Unit has been summoned to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident. Further details will be provided as the investigation progresses.
