HILLSBORO, Mo. – An arrest warrant has been issued for a Jefferson County man accused of inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, the crime occurred on July 14, 2022, at a home along Hillsboro Hematite Road, just outside Hillsboro.
Investigators claim Jerrold Y. Hoffman had deviate sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old. He was 18 years of age at the time.
The Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office charged Hoffman with statutory sodomy. His bond was set at $25,000.
