ST. LOUIS — Beneficial rainfall has ended and now cold, gusty winds are settling in. Tuesday will see nearly steady temperatures in the 30s to lower 40s. Wind chills will be in the 30s all day with wind gusts to about 25 mph.
Tonight and tomorrow night will both see temperatures near freezing, with patchy frost possible. A hard freeze will be likely in many of our rural communities tonight and tomorrow night as temperatures in outlying areas dip into the 20s.
A warming trend will ramp up late in the week, with highs eventually reaching the 70s on Friday and Saturday. There is a chance for thunderstorms for Easter Sunday.
