NEW YORK – Former President Donald Trump received good and bad news Monday in court.

His continued hush money case with Stormy Daniels is still on, and another court ruling says Trump will now only have to pay $175 million in a civil fraud case if he can do so in 10 days.

“A lot of things happened today,” Trump said. “This is all about election interference. This is all Biden-run things, meaning Biden and his thugs.”

Trump did not pull any punches when answering questions from the media. Trump stated that the ongoing case involving adult star Stormy Daniels is “not fair at all.”

“I don’t know how you can have a trial that’s going on right in the middle of an election,” he said.

Federal prosecutors presented new evidence, delaying the trial from its original Monday date to April 15. The former president is accused of falsifying business records to hide payments to Daniels. If convicted, Trump could face jail time.

“This is a pure case of voter intimidation and election interference, and it shouldn’t be allowed to happen,” Trump said.

In Trump’s civil fraud case, he said he has enough money to pay the bond but that he’d rather use the money for his campaign.

If he decides to not pay the bond within the 10-day timeline, there are a few options for him.

He can appeal to a higher court, sell properties to raise funds, receive donations from wealthy supporters, declare bankruptcy, or sell his shares in his social media company, which is valued at $3 million currently.
