Israel cancels Rafah offensive delegation after U.N. cease-fire resolution passes

The United Nations Security Council on Monday passed a resolution demanding an immediate cease-fire in Gaza. The United States abstained on the resolution, which prompted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to cancel a military delegation visit to Washington to discuss Rafah offensive plans.
