ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – St. Charles officials will pitch a new $85 million City Hall Complex to voters at next month’s election.
‘The St. Charles City Center Complex’ would include new council chambers, conference rooms, archival space, a senior center, and a recreation area. The city is also proposing a 300-space parking garage that would be available to both city employees and the public.
A bond issue to cover the cost will head to voters on April 2 . it will require 57% approval to move forward. City officials say the bond will not raise taxes for residents.
