ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – Federal buyout bucks may soon start flowing for those in northern St. Charles County; it’s for residents swamped by the flooding in 2019.
Unfortunately, there’s not enough money for everyone. The county received a $15.7 million federal grant – that’s enough to buy up to 100 homes – but more than 900 were flooded.
